Treatment frequency is typically two to three times per week for 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the severity of your condition. It's important to remember that pain is often the last symptom to appear and the first to decrease, yet the underlying condition may still be present.

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

With your symptoms eased, we shift focus to corrective care, allowing muscles and tissues to heal thoroughly and help prevent further injury. This phase may involve care four to eight times per month for 6 to 24 months and incorporates exercises and stretches that you can perform at home or at one of our offices. Occasional flare-ups are normal, as your body has not yet fully healed.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Upon full healing, we enter the wellness care phase, aiming to maintain your health and prevent the return of the original condition. Routine chiropractic adjustments, typically once to four times a month based on your lifestyle and goals, can keep your musculoskeletal system in prime condition, just as regular exercise and a balanced diet contribute to overall health.
